Photos showing G-1-3 upper wings indicate that early G models still used the F model camouflage pattern. Bf-109G-3 belonging to 12./JG 2, April 1943, Brest-Guipavas? This was base of 8./JG 2 at the time and they became 12./JG 2. Machine is in the standard RLM 74/75/76 with RLM 04 tactical markings.
